ServiceNow announced that all of its products are now fully AI-enabled, marking a shift toward a unified, AI-native platform for enterprise workflows.
The company introduced its new Context Engine, designed to provide real-time enterprise context—such as data relationships, policies, and decision history—to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of AI-driven actions. This allows AI agents not only to assist users but also to execute tasks autonomously across business processes.
ServiceNow also launched new developer capabilities, enabling applications to be built using external tools and deployed directly onto its platform, alongside a new tiered offering model that integrates AI, data, security, and governance by default.
