Tech Mahindra has partnered with ParkourSC to deliver AI-powered digital supply chain solutions for global enterprises, with an initial focus on pharmaceuticals and cold chain logistics.

The collaboration combines Tech Mahindra’s end-to-end digital and engineering capabilities with ParkourSC’s AI-native decision intelligence platform, enabling real-time visibility, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making across supply chains. The solution leverages digital twins and cloud-native architecture to help companies anticipate disruptions, optimize operations, and improve product integrity.

The partners aim to enhance supply chain resilience and efficiency, particularly for temperature-sensitive and critical products, while also extending the solution to industries such as food, retail, and manufacturing.

The companies said the partnership builds on successful joint deployments and will now scale globally to support enterprises in navigating increasingly complex supply chain environments.
