Delivery Hero boosts profitability as Quick Commerce drives growth
March 26, 2026 — Delivery Hero reported strong 2025 results, with adjusted EBITDA rising 30% year-over-year to €903 million, supported by growth in Quick Commerce and key markets.
The company achieved its second consecutive year of positive free cash flow, reaching €250 million, while maintaining a strong liquidity position of €2.7 billion following recent financing.
Quick Commerce continued to be a key growth driver, with gross merchandise value exceeding €7.5 billion, up more than 30%, as the company expanded into categories such as groceries and household goods under its “Everyday App” strategy.
Looking ahead, Delivery Hero expects continued growth in 2026, targeting adjusted EBITDA of €910–960 million and further positive free cash flow, while increasing investments in customer experience, subscriptions, and key markets in Asia and the Middle East.
The company also announced an agreement to sell its foodpanda Taiwan business to Grab for $600 million, as part of efforts to optimize its portfolio and strengthen its capital structure.
