Honeywell signs $500 million defense deal to boost production capacity
March 25, 2026 — Honeywell Aerospace has signed a multi-year framework agreement with the U.S. Department of War to accelerate production of critical defense technologies, backed by a $500 million investment in manufacturing capacity.
Under the agreement, Honeywell will scale up production of key systems including navigation technologies, missile actuators, and electronic warfare solutions used across military platforms.
The company said the deal strengthens its role as a major supplier to defense programs and supports efforts to increase production speed and scale in response to evolving security demands.
Honeywell added that the investment will enhance its ability to deliver advanced technologies to U.S. and allied forces while supporting long-term growth in its aerospace and defense business.
