Tradeweb Markets announced the expansion of its dealer algorithmic execution offering for U.S. Treasuries by adding strategies from Citi and RBC Capital Markets.
The move builds on the platform’s initial U.S. rollout of algorithmic trading tools and aims to provide institutional investors with deeper liquidity, more diversified execution strategies, and enhanced trading efficiency. The expanded offering allows clients to execute trades over defined time horizons while accessing advanced, bank-developed quantitative algorithms.
Tradeweb stated that the enhancement supports its broader strategy of integrating algorithmic execution with its data and analytics capabilities, moving toward a unified multi-dealer, multi-asset trading platform. The company also highlighted strong activity in its U.S. government bond marketplace, with average daily trading volumes reaching $237.2 billion in 2025, up 11.6% year-over-year.
