Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras announced it will pay the second installment of shareholder remuneration related to fiscal year 2025 on March 20, 2026.
The payment refers to an advance distribution based on the company’s balance sheet as of September 30, 2025 and will be made to shareholders of record on December 22, 2025. The total gross payment amounts to R$0.48585087 per share, consisting of dividends of R$0.29642144, interest on capital of R$0.17518233, and additional Selic rate adjustments applied to both components.
