HCLTech has expanded its strategic collaboration with Google Cloud to accelerate enterprise adoption of Agentic AI across industries. The partnership will leverage Google’s Gemini Enterprise and Gemini AI models to develop custom AI agents that help organizations automate workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.
Under the agreement, HCLTech will integrate Google’s Gemini technologies into its AI Force platform to support applications such as software development, IT operations, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity transformation. The collaboration also includes expanding HCLTech’s Agentic AI Center of Excellence, launching innovation hubs called “Gemini Experience Zones,” and developing industry-specific AI solutions for sectors such as manufacturing and telecommunications.
HCLTech plans to significantly expand its Google Cloud–certified workforce from about 12,000 to more than 35,000 professionals over the next three years. The initiative is expected to support more than 2,000 generative-AI-driven client engagements as companies increasingly adopt AI-powered digital transformation strategies. Source: HCLTech.
