Cohesity and ServiceNow announced a strategic partnership to improve resilience and recovery for enterprise AI agents. The collaboration integrates ServiceNow’s AI Agent Control Tower with the Cohesity Data Cloud to allow organizations to quickly restore data and systems to a trusted state if AI agents cause disruptions due to errors, compromised prompts or corrupted data.
As enterprises increasingly deploy autonomous AI agents to manage workflows, IT operations and business processes, the companies said reliable recovery mechanisms are essential. The joint solution enables organizations to build and orchestrate AI agents within the ServiceNow AI Platform while Cohesity protects the underlying data systems and provides point-in-time recovery to verified baselines.
The partnership aims to ensure enterprise AI systems remain reliable and auditable by enabling fast restoration without rebuilding systems from scratch. Integrated capabilities between ServiceNow and Cohesity are expected to become available later in 2026.
