The appeals court vacated the prior infringement judgment and damages award against Daiichi Sankyo, while also dismissing Seagen’s appeal regarding a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office decision that invalidated the patent claims. With the deadlines to seek further review passing on March 2, 2026, the legal dispute between the two companies has now formally ended.
