ServiceNow introduced new AI solutions designed to help government agencies automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
The company launched ServiceNow EmployeeWorks, a conversational AI platform that combines enterprise search and workflow automation to allow public sector employees to submit requests, access information, and trigger processes using natural language. ServiceNow also introduced Autonomous Workforce, AI specialists that can handle routine tasks such as IT service desk support within secure government cloud environments.
The new tools are designed for use in Government Community Cloud and National Security Cloud systems and aim to help agencies automate high-volume tasks, reduce manual processes, and improve service delivery while maintaining governance and security requirements.
