FIS reported full-year 2025 results and introduced its 2026 outlook.
For 2025, FIS posted GAAP diluted EPS of $0.73 and adjusted EPS of $5.75, up 10% year over year. Revenue rose 5% on a GAAP basis and 6% on an adjusted basis to $10.7 billion. Operating cash flow totaled $2.6 billion, while free cash flow increased 19%. The company returned $2.1 billion to shareholders, including $1.3 billion in share repurchases.
