GE HealthCare (Nasdaq: GEHC) announced FDA 510(k) clearance for three next-generation MRI innovations: the SIGNA Sprint with Freelium (1.5T sealed magnet system), SIGNA Bolt (3T MRI scanner), and SIGNA One, an AI-driven workflow ecosystem.

SIGNA Sprint with Freelium features helium-light technology (less than 1% helium), ventless installation, high image homogeneity, and over five-hour power ride-through capability, expanding MRI access even in remote settings. It integrates deep learning tools such as AIR Recon DL and Sonic DL to maintain diagnostic quality while improving operational autonomy.

SIGNA Bolt is designed for precision diagnostics and research-level performance, with an 80/200 gradient system delivering approximately 30% lower power consumption versus prior generations. It also offers up to 65% lower peak power demand and reduced equipment room requirements, alongside enhanced patient comfort features.

Both systems are powered by SIGNA One, which incorporates AI-enabled automation, real-time positioning guidance, contactless gating, and streamlined console workflows to improve throughput and reduce variability.

GE HealthCare expects CE marking before the end of 2026.
