CRH (NYSE: CRH) reported strong fourth quarter and full year 2025 results, delivering record financial performance and continued margin expansion.

Full year 2025 revenue rose 5% to $37.4 billion, driven by favorable end-market demand, disciplined pricing and contributions from acquisitions. Net income increased 8% to $3.8 billion, while Adjusted EBITDA grew 11% to $7.7 billion. Net income margin improved to 10.1% and Adjusted EBITDA margin to 20.5%, marking the 12th consecutive year of margin expansion.

During the year, CRH invested $4.1 billion in 38 value-accretive acquisitions and $1.7 billion in growth capex projects. The company returned $2.2 billion to shareholders and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share (+5% YoY), alongside a new $0.3 billion quarterly share buyback. CRH was also included in the S&P 500 Index.

For 2026, CRH expects further growth, guiding for net income of $3.9–$4.1 billion and Adjusted EBITDA of $8.1–$8.5 billion.
