Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT) announced it has completed the acquisition of Stellar Energy Americas, a provider of turnkey data center cooling solutions. The transaction was previously announced in December 2025.

The acquisition strengthens Trane Technologies’ position in data center thermal management, adding Stellar Energy’s expertise in modular and pre-fabricated cooling systems. The company said the combination enhances its ability to meet growing demand for scalable, efficient cooling solutions that reduce supply chain constraints and support rapid deployment in data center and complex commercial applications.

Stellar Energy will benefit from Trane Technologies’ global scale and operational capabilities to accelerate growth and innovation in modular thermal system design.
