Tradeweb Markets (Nasdaq: TW) and Kalshi announced a strategic partnership to expand institutional access to prediction markets, with Tradeweb also making a minority investment in Kalshi.

The collaboration aims to integrate Kalshi’s real-time event probabilities and prediction market data into Tradeweb’s institutional trading platform, initially across rates and credit marketplaces via UI, APIs, and data tools. The companies plan to co-develop institutional-grade analytics combining Kalshi’s event data with Tradeweb’s pricing, liquidity, and macro datasets to support forecasting, risk management, and trading strategies.

They will also explore creating the first institutional-focused portal for standardized event contracts, including macroeconomic releases, Federal Reserve policy decisions, and political elections, with Tradeweb serving as the institutional front end.

Tradeweb facilitates over $2.6 trillion in average daily notional trading volume and serves more than 3,000 clients globally, while Kalshi is the largest regulated prediction market platform.
