Mondelēz International, Inc. (Nasdaq: MDLZ) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share of Class A common stock.

The dividend will be payable on April 14, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2026.
