Iron Mountain reported record fourth quarter and full-year 2025 results, marking its fifth consecutive year of all-time highs in revenue, Adjusted EBITDA, and AFFO.
Fourth quarter revenue reached $1.8 billion, up 16.6% year over year, while full-year revenue totaled $6.9 billion, up 12.2%. Organic revenue growth was 14% in Q4 and 10% for the full year. Growth businesses — data centers, digital solutions, and asset lifecycle management — expanded more than 40% in Q4 and over 30% for the year.
Q4 net income was $93 million and full-year net income was $152 million. Adjusted EBITDA totaled $705 million in the quarter and $2.6 billion for the year. AFFO reached $430 million, or $1.44 per share, in Q4 and $1.5 billion, or $5.17 per share, for the full year.
For 2026, the company expects revenue growth of 10% to 13% and Adjusted EBITDA growth of 12% to 14%, supported by continued expansion in growth segments and strong data center leasing momentum.
