Robinhood Markets, Inc. reported record fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, underscoring continued momentum in customer growth, platform assets and profitability.

For full year 2025, total net revenues surged 52% year over year to a record $4.5 billion, while diluted EPS reached a record $2.05. Net income totaled $1.9 billion. The company also generated record net deposits of $68.1 billion during the year, reflecting a 35% growth rate relative to total platform assets at the end of Q4 2024.

In Q4 2025, net revenues rose 27% year over year to $1.28 billion. Transaction-based revenues increased 15% to $776 million, driven by strong growth in options revenue (+41% to $314 million), equities revenue (+54% to $94 million) and a more than 300% jump in other transaction revenue to $147 million. Crypto revenues declined 38% to $221 million. Net interest revenue climbed 39% to $411 million, supported by higher interest-earning assets and securities lending activity.

Quarterly net income was $605 million, or $0.66 per diluted share, compared with $916 million, or $1.01 per share, in Q4 2024, which had included a one-time tax and regulatory benefit. Adjusted EBITDA rose 24% year over year to $761 million.

Operationally, funded customers increased 7% year over year to 27.0 million, while investment accounts rose 8% to 28.4 million. Total platform assets jumped 68% to $324 billion, reflecting continued net deposits, acquired assets and higher equity valuations. Robinhood Gold subscribers reached a record 4.2 million, up 58% year over year.

Management highlighted continued product expansion across prediction markets, retirement accounts, advisory services and international markets, positioning the company’s “Financial SuperApp” strategy for further growth in 2026.
