NTT DATA has acquired Dubai-based cloud consultancy Zero&One to accelerate its cloud services expansion across the Middle East, strengthening capabilities around Amazon Web Services (AWS), data analytics and AI. Zero&One is the first homegrown AWS Premier Tier Services Partner in the MENA region and holds nine AWS competencies, including Generative AI, with multiple regional and EMEA partner awards in 2025.
The acquisition positions NTT DATA to capture rapid growth in the Middle East cloud market, where demand is rising alongside new hyperscale investments, including AWS’s planned Saudi Arabia data center in 2026. By integrating Zero&One’s regional expertise with its global delivery platform, NTT DATA will expand offerings such as cloud migration, application modernization, cloud-native development, analytics and AI for clients across the Middle East and Africa.
