Aetna Medicaid, part of CVS Health, announced a new collaboration with the National Association of Community Health Centers to improve blood pressure control among Medicaid members. The initiative will focus on communities in Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan and Virginia, targeting populations with high rates of hypertension. By combining Medicaid data, community health center expertise and evidence-based interventions, the partners aim to strengthen hypertension management, close care gaps and improve long-term cardiovascular outcomes for underserved populations.
