MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. reported its fiscal first-quarter results for 2025. Revenue was $218.1 million, a 38.8% increase from the previous year, with a slight rise of 8.7% compared to the prior quarter. Gross margin was 53.7%, down from 55.6% a year ago. Income from operations was $17.5 million, or 8.0% of revenue, compared to $11.0 million in the prior year.

The company reported a net loss of $167.5 million, or $2.30 per share, mainly due to a non-cash charge related to debt refinancing. However, adjusted non-GAAP results showed a 57.5% gross margin and adjusted net income of $59.5 million, or $0.79 per share, reflecting year-over-year improvements.

Looking ahead, MACOM expects fiscal Q2 2025 revenue to range between $227 million and $233 million, with adjusted gross margin projected between 57% and 58%, and adjusted earnings per share between $0.82 and $0.86.
