Effective March 6, 2026, Sesha Varadarajan will become Chief Operating Officer, expanding his responsibilities to include customer support, corporate strategy, and government affairs while continuing to oversee the global product portfolio. Karthik Rammohan will take on an expanded role as Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Enterprise Solutions, adding oversight of IT systems, quality, and facilities to his existing leadership of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
