McKesson Corporation announced it has completed the sale of its retail and distribution businesses in Norway to NorgesGruppen, finalizing its exit from European operations. The divestiture, first announced in August 2025, allows McKesson to concentrate capital and strategy on expanding its Oncology, Multispecialty, and Biopharma Services platforms.
