Whirlpool Corporation reported its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, highlighting resilience in a volatile macro environment and outlining its financial outlook for 2026. The company said a record level of new product launches in North America supported market share gains in the second half of the year, while a $200 million structural cost reduction program helped offset tariff impacts.
For full-year 2025, Whirlpool posted a GAAP net earnings margin of 2.2% and GAAP earnings per diluted share of $5.66. On an ongoing (non-GAAP) basis, EBIT margin reached 4.7% and earnings per diluted share were $6.23. The company also reduced its ownership stake in Whirlpool of India to about 40%, using the proceeds to lower debt.
Looking ahead, Whirlpool expects full-year 2026 GAAP earnings per diluted share of around $6.25 and ongoing earnings per diluted share of approximately $7.00. The outlook also includes about $850 million in cash provided by operating activities, free cash flow of $400–500 million, and plans to repay roughly $400 million of debt during the year.
