Danaher reported solid fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, supported by steady demand across its bioprocessing, diagnostics, and life sciences businesses.

In the fourth quarter, Danaher posted net earnings of $1.2 billion, or $1.66 per diluted share, while adjusted diluted EPS rose 4% year over year to $2.23. Revenue increased 4.5% to $6.8 billion, with core revenue up 2.5%. Operating cash flow reached $2.1 billion and free cash flow totaled $1.8 billion.

For full-year 2025, net earnings were $3.6 billion, or $5.03 per diluted share. Adjusted diluted EPS increased 4.5% to $7.80, while revenue grew 3% to $24.6 billion and core revenue rose 2%. Operating cash flow for the year was $6.4 billion, with free cash flow of $5.3 billion.

The company highlighted several innovation milestones in 2025, including new bioreactor formats from Cytiva, the launch of the ZenoTOF 8600 mass spectrometer by SCIEX, expanded immunoassay capabilities at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, and FDA clearance for Cepheid’s Xpert GI Panel.

Looking ahead, Danaher expects continued gradual improvement in end markets. For the first quarter of 2026, the company anticipates low-single-digit core revenue growth year over year. For full-year 2026, core revenue growth is expected in the 3% to 6% range, with adjusted diluted EPS guidance set at $8.35 to $8.50.
