Archer Aviation Inc. said it has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit brought by Joby Aero, Inc., according to a regulatory filing dated January 23, 2026. The legal action was previously disclosed in November 2025.

Archer stated that no hearing has yet been scheduled on the motion and that it plans to vigorously defend itself against the claims as the case proceeds.
