Honeywell and Flexjet have finalized a comprehensive settlement resolving all pending litigation between the parties, including related cases involving StandardAero and Duncan Aviation.

As part of the agreement, the companies extended their aircraft engine maintenance contract through 2035, renewing their long-term commercial partnership.
