Cardinal Health raised its fiscal 2026 outlook and highlighted strategic progress during its presentation at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference.
The company increased its fiscal 2026 non-GAAP diluted EPS guidance to at least $10.00, up from a prior range of $9.65–$9.85, citing strong performance across its operating segments. Cardinal Health also expects Specialty revenues to exceed $50 billion in fiscal 2026, implying a 16% three-year CAGR, driven by specialty distribution growth and rapid expansion in BioPharma Solutions.
In addition, the company confirmed a smooth transition related to the 2026 Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program and introduced its ContinuCare™ Pathway, a new direct-to-patient program for diabetes supplies, supported by a nationwide partnership with Publix Super Markets.
