The Hartford announced the opening of a new technology hub in Columbus, Ohio, expanding its technology workforce and reinforcing its focus on insurance innovation. Located at Easton Town Center, the office will house around 75 employees specializing in AI, cloud architecture, and technology transformation, supporting collaboration, experimentation, and product development. The new hub complements The Hartford’s existing technology centers in the U.S. and India and is aimed at accelerating digital modernization and delivering enhanced experiences for customers, agents, and brokers.
