Bank of China redeems RMB30 billion undated capital bonds
Bank of China announced that it has fully redeemed its RMB30 billion write-down undated capital bonds issued on 13 November 2020. Under the bond terms, the Bank had the option to redeem the securities at the fifth anniversary of issuance, which falls on 17 November 2025. The Bank has now exercised this redemption right and completed the full redemption.
