Vertiv raises annual dividend by 67% on strong performance
Vertiv Holdings Co (NYSE: VRT) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 67 percent increase to the company’s regular annual cash dividend, raising it from 15 cents to 25 cents per share. The dividend will continue to be paid quarterly.
The first payment under the higher rate is the fourth-quarter cash dividend of 6.25 cents per Class A share, declared on 13 November 2025 and payable on 18 December 2025 to shareholders of record as of 25 November 2025.
The company said the increase reflects strong financial results and healthy cash flow generation.
