Booking Holdings announced that Brigit Zimmerman has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Priceline, effective January 1, 2026. She succeeds Brett Keller, who will retire after 26 years with the company and continue as Special Advisor to the CEO until May 2026.
Zimmerman, currently Priceline’s Chief Commercial Officer, has been with the company since 2013, overseeing key business segments including hotels, flights, and packages. Prior to joining Priceline, she held leadership roles at United Airlines and holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Booking Holdings CEO Glenn Fogel praised Keller’s leadership and credited Zimmerman with helping drive Priceline’s strategic growth and innovation. Zimmerman said she is honored to lead the company into its next chapter, focusing on making travel more accessible and affordable through technology and innovation.
