Keppel DC REIT has been named joint winner of the Singapore Corporate Governance Award in the REITs and Business Trusts category at the 2025 SIAS Investors’ Choice Awards. CEO Loh Hwee Long said the recognition reflects the REIT’s commitment to strong corporate governance, transparency, and sustainability as it continues to expand its data centre portfolio responsibly.
The SIAS Investors’ Choice Awards honour companies demonstrating excellence in ESG and governance practices that support long-term business performance. The Singapore Corporate Governance Award winners are selected through a rigorous process developed by SIAS and NUS Business School’s Centre for Governance and Sustainability, with data support from LSEG Stock Reports Plus and Handshakes.
Listed since 2014, Keppel DC REIT is Asia’s first pure-play data centre REIT, investing in income-generating data centre assets and related infrastructure across colocation, fully-fitted, and shell-and-core facilities.
