Cigna Reports Double-Digit Revenue Growth and Strong Q3 Earnings, Reaffirms 2025 Outlook
The Cigna Group (NYSE: CI) posted third-quarter 2025 revenue of $69.7 billion, up 10% year over year. Shareholders’ net income rose to $1.9 billion, or $6.98 per share, compared to $0.7 billion in the prior year, while adjusted income from operations remained strong at $2.1 billion, or $7.83 per share. The company reaffirmed its 2025 full-year adjusted EPS outlook of at least $29.60 and unveiled a new rebate-free pharmacy benefit model aimed at lowering costs, improving transparency, and supporting local pharmacies.
