Roper Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROP) reported robust third-quarter 2025 results, highlighted by strong revenue and cash flow growth, along with the announcement of a new $3 billion share repurchase authorization.
Revenue rose 14% year-over-year to $2.02 billion, driven by 8% contribution from acquisitions and 6% organic growth. Adjusted diluted EPS advanced 11% to $5.14, reflecting a $0.05 dilution from recent acquisitions.
CEO Neil Hunn credited the results to Roper’s resilient business model and continued success in integrating acquisitions, noting over $1.3 billion invested in Subsplash and several bolt-on deals. He also emphasized the company’s ongoing acceleration in AI-driven innovation and operational efficiency.
For full-year 2025, Roper expects total revenue growth of around 13% and organic growth of 6%. Adjusted EPS guidance was slightly narrowed to $19.90–$19.95, reflecting acquisition-related dilution. Fourth-quarter EPS is projected between $5.11 and $5.16.
The new $3 billion share repurchase program, approved by the Board of Directors, underscores Roper’s confidence in its long-term growth strategy and commitment to returning value to shareholders.
