Danaher reported third-quarter 2025 net earnings of $908 million ($1.27 per share) and adjusted earnings of $1.89 per share, exceeding expectations. Revenue rose 4.5% year-over-year to $6.1 billion, with core revenue up 3%. Operating cash flow reached $1.7 billion, and free cash flow totaled $1.4 billion.
CEO Rainer M. Blair attributed the strong results to disciplined execution, robust performance in bioprocessing, and better-than-expected respiratory test sales at Cepheid. He said Danaher continues to invest in innovation, commercial execution, and productivity, positioning the company to address major healthcare challenges.
For full-year 2025, Danaher maintained its adjusted EPS outlook of $7.70–$7.80, expecting low single-digit core revenue growth.
