Cleveland-Cliffs Adds $275M to 2034 Senior Notes, Plans ABL Paydown
Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. (NYSE: CLF) issued an additional $275 million of its 7.625% Senior Guaranteed Notes due 2034 in a private offering on October 10, 2025, increasing the series to $1.125 billion outstanding. The new notes were priced at 102.75% of par and are fungible with the $850 million initially issued in September.
