CRH Finalizes $2.1B Acquisition of Eco Material Technologies
CRH announced it has completed its $2.1 billion acquisition of Eco Material Technologies, North America’s leading supplier of supplementary cementitious materials. The deal, first disclosed in July, strengthens CRH’s position in next-generation cement and concrete solutions as demand grows for sustainable infrastructure products.
