Dell Technologies CFO Yvonne McGill will step down on Sept. 9, 2025, after nearly 30 years with the company. David Kennedy, SVP of Global Business Operations, will serve as interim CFO. McGill will advise through Q3 FY2026. Dell reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 guidance and will outline long-term plans at its Oct. 7 analyst meeting.
