Hims & Hers signs 15-year lease for major Ohio facility
Hims & Hers Health (NYSE: HIMS) announced it has entered into a 15-year lease for a 352,012-square-foot facility in New Albany, Ohio. The space will house offices, R&D, laboratories, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical dispensing.
Base rent begins April 1, 2026, at $5.98 million annually, with 3.25% yearly increases. The company will benefit from a rent abatement period until the start date and partial abatements for five months thereafter.
Hims provided a $5.98 million letter of credit from JPMorgan Chase as security and executed a guaranty backing lease obligations.
